The Problem

Our client, leader in the manufacture and distribution of the large sector consumption, carried out significant investments in image/lettering of vehicles, propiedad de su red de distribución.
Se trata de una importante fuente de obtención de impactos publicitarios (publicidad dinámica) y por ello asume parte de gastos, aunque las flotas no son propias.
La dinámica de dispersión y heterogeneidad de las flotas, les llevó a la siguiente situación:

  • Diferencia de importes en función de la zona geográfica, tipo de rotulista,

The solution

We implement a global inspection/audit system controlling the image of fleet and facilities, an initial inventory of the general condition for their subsequent continued control-oriented. All through a system for capturing information real time / real place to feed a back-office, that allows knowing the location of each vehicle and plan the investments of each exercise.
